Our App allows you to book audio and video consultations with our healthcare professionals. The availability of appointments is subject to change, and we do not guarantee the availability of any specific healthcare professional or time slot.

2.2 Payment

All payments for consultations must be made through the App. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history as requested by the healthcare professional. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality of the consultation and the advice given.

3.2 Appropriate Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Doctors like Gaurav are rare because he is really in it for welfare, not money. I consulted him for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on phone, as I live in Kerala, but heard very highly of him from my father who resides in Jaipur. He always encouraged me to treat it without medicine, as he truly believes we should only take help from outside chemistry when our own chemistry is not supporting us. I offered him consultation multiple times, but he never charged me a dime, saying that he will charge if I need medicine. This is not to say that this should always be the case, because he obvioulsy has to earn his bread from his profession, but just to show that he is a real Doctor, and not one of the million rip-off Doctors that exist nowadays. The people who work for him are as kind and gentle as he is. Because have you ever had a Doctor's office call you back? Not me! But Dr. Gaurav's assistant (sorry for never asking your name) always made sure that my consultation was done when I needed it. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough!
