1. Appointment Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation by Patient

• Audio and Video Consultations:
  • If you cancel your appointment at least 1-2 working days before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel your appointment less than 1-2 working days before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.

1.2 Cancellation by Vitalhomoeos

• If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund.

2. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), no refund will be issued.

3. Technical Issues

• If you experience technical issues during an audio or video consultation that are attributable to our systems, please contact us immediately. We will reschedule the appointment at no additional charge or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the consultation outcome or for reasons outside our control (e.g., patient’s failure to provide necessary information).

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

• We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
